You may well be correct, though this would constitute a NEW, THIRD option for licensees not previously ever disclosed by PTSC/TPL. We've never been told that an "installment" plan was available to pay the "one-time lump sum license fee".

As you indicate in your next post, PTSC should clarify this in the SEC filings. Not only that, they should be proactive and direct in illuminating what this "new" payment structure entails.
