We've never been told that an "installment" plan was available to pay the "one-time lump sum license fee".

We have now (smiley) for the reason given:

the increasing rates of the MMP Licensing Program has made onetime, lump-sum licenses too expensive for some companies

.

I hope that more companies are offered this option because the accounts would show future minimum expected annual revenues thereby offering a support for the share price:

2010: not less than $a

2011: not less than $b

2012: not less than $c, etc..
