I think it's obvious that TPL used the PR to send a message to those hundreds of companies out there. The fact that they are beating thier chests and talking tough again, is a good sign that they know they have a strengthened patent now to go after these companies that broke off negotiations. I like the message These three paid more now and the longer you wait the more your going to pay.

PTSC has to be more careful as they do not want to be acused of pumping.
