This is a complete rant ... maybe you'll change your mind later (maybe i will, who knows)

but as far as FRAUD - that argument is pure speculation at this time (let alone who actually committed it) - if fraud is involved, you and I (and most others) know this will come down to a "misunderstanding" ... and who knows maybe it will work itself out in the end.

as for the resignation ... I think that RG simply did not produce (NO product, NO service, NO SALES) - for too long of a time ... also, we are unsure about what this will cost the company, but i guarantee that what ever the cost is NOW it would have been a lot more later (maybe at a more crucial time). in other words, lack of production costs a lot - and the BOD isnt willing to endure that. BTW, I remember reading sometime ago that RG sold his house in the san diego area (I am not sure if that was true - I read it here on Aguracom) ... that makes me think he knew a long time ago (like some here have stated).

you mentioned Turley - If I remember correctly, he was NEVER really accepted and ALWAYS an interim. Although (embarrassingly) I liked him until his exit (I did not like the way he left it).

I understand your concerns about the BOD - they have made some mistakes for sure, but RG leaving isnt one of them if you ask me.
