William Mohlenbrock
Mr. Mooney has more than 17 years of experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity investments, corporate finance, and valuation analysis. Mr. Mooney also has operating experience as a CFO of early stage and mature companies, particularly in the software and medical informatics industries. Mr. Mooney was previously a founder and managing partner of Commercial Bridge Capital, LLC, a venture lending fund and a founder and managing partner of Regent Partners, LLC, a boutique investment banking firm.

Mr. Mooney earned his MBA in Corporate Finance in 1990 from the University of Maryland Graduate Business School at College Park, and his BA in Economics from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Mooney has served on several boards of directors of including Verras Medical, Inc., SmartPro3, Inc. and MediaGear, Inc. and was a founder of Crossflo Systems, Inc.

Dr. Mohlenbrock has practiced orthopaedic surgery for more than 25 years at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, CA, as well as serving as assistant clinical professor of surgery at the University of California, San Diego since 1973. Dr. Mohlenbrock was the founder of Crossflo Systems Inc., (now PDSG) and currently functions as a Healthcare Subject Matter Expert for PDSG.

In 1983, he founded Iameter Medical and developed the Acuity Index Method, which is a Severity -Adjustment methodology for inpatient data. The Iameter solution provides reliable clinical information for hospitals and their medical staffs and facilitates voluntary, physician-directed clinical quality and cost efficiency outcomes improvements. The Iameter solution was acquired by PDSG in December 2008 as an information sharing tool to complement its existing healthcare portfolio.

Dr. Mohlenbrock received his BS degree from the University of Illinois and his MD from the St. Louis University School of Medicine. He is a noted lecturer and has published numerous articles on measuring and improving medical care quality and cost efficiencies. He is a member of the American Medical Association and holds fellowships in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American College of Surgeons and the American College of Physician Executives
