Thanks. So Mohlenbrock, Senn and Mooney appear to be on the hook as signatories for the agreement. Do you have an opinion of this, or is it moot at this time. I guess it might be, as the soured agreement is the real issue, and our escrow $$.

Another day in paradise (that's sarcasm, BTW) ;-)
