Hmmmm.....then why only place 2/3rds into the ARS?

It's not an issue of the ARS, AS YOU WELL KNOW, it's an issue of the allocation of the majority of funds into ONE investment / ONE market instrument / ONE pot. You're very quick with your supporting links, so please show us which other companies out there have similarly placed 2/3rds of their available resources into the ARS vehicle during that same time frame. From the articles I've read, there are over 400 PUBLIC comapanies who were invested in the ARS. If this was such a hard thing to have foreseen, there must be at least 100 of them who put that much of their funds into the ARS vehicles?..............75?.............50?.................
