As the person who has complained the most about alleged irregularities, and has also conducted preliminay inquiries, "biajj" is the only and obvious choice to be the named Lead Plaintiff.
Obviously, if this is refused, serious questions must be asked, in my very humble opinion.
Had I been the person with an often quoted 8,000,000 shares holding and grave concerns about PTSC's conduct, my first reaction would have been to obtain counsel's opinion at my cost, and once received then approach others to enjoin any future action.
All this proposed investigative action after the recent recertifications and Baroni's upcoming report has me wondering why nothing was done any earlier when the share price was substantially lower. Something doesn't feel right about this whole rigmarole and potential effect on the share price.
Caveat emptor.
