All this proposed investigative action after the recent recertifications and Baroni's upcoming report has me wondering why nothing was done any earlier when the share price was substantially lower. Something doesn't feel right about this whole rigmarole and potential effect on the share price.

by the time we get around to this the share price will be substantially lower.
