I am not surprised, so still standing. We don't always agree, but it doesn't mean that I don't read everyone of your posts as there are many areas where I consider you to be much smarter than I. Before you land on the floor, it really isn't much of a compliment. (:

Perhaps you could suggest why this hasn't already been done and a "collection bowl" is being circulated instead?

I doubt that we are in agreement on this one. I attribute it to the fact that no one on this board (that I am aware of) has ever pursued such an endeavor, and I include myself in this group.
