It would appear that speculation is rife.

How about, the first of the 3 licences was signed on the Tuesday and Alliacense knew that 2 others were well advanced and could be signed by Sunday (Lawyers do work weekends). From the PR, there would appear to be a material event regarding payment of the fees:

The new licensees include Harman International, TPV Technology, and Textron Inc., and will result in both upfront and future payments

So, rather than speculate on the "termination of three senior managers" I'll go along with you and leave it for a question at the SHM.

Give me SEC compliance over speculation any day.
