So they could have made either announcement before the other. They picked the licenses first. I would have done it the other way if I wanted to take advantage of the time lag. Of course they could have anounced both on the same day since they happened on the same day. To announce both at the same time would have been the most ethical IMO. But then maybe the news of one would have negated the other and the share price would have remained the same. So was it better to have it announced in this order and have the share price rise and fall back some? Or would it have been better to announce the firing first and have the share price plummet and then announce the licenses and have the price rise to ............... what ...? Would the news of the licenses have ignited a fire and moved the share price up more dramatically and ... would it have stayed up there if it happened that way? We will never know now. We are where we are.
