Message: Re: Agoracom I have never seen such an orchestrated attempt to Bash PTSC BOD!

Good Evening to you all and thank you for your inquiries.

I can assure you right as we get into this message that they have been both very insightful and overwhelming in volume.

With that said I would like to begin this evenings deliberation with once again assuring everyone that any messages that were removed today or in the recent past did not include any material evidence - they simply fondled on local emotions and I think all parties would agree that this is no place to vent frustration; after all we built this community on the premise on factual decision making and not ranting.

Being so, that doesn't mean that we haven't or are unable to sense wrongdoing in this hub. The purpose of this message is to help us establish what exactly the key issues are and hopefully at the end of the day tomorrow, bring closure.

To begin deliberation I would like to clearly state that this message is my personal initiative and mine only - while both Paul and George have expressed their displeasure of the bickering found as of late on this Hub alarming.

On another personal note, I wish to clarify my unfamiliarity with the Patriot Scientific story - while this company was past served by AGORACOM Investor Relations program, I strongly attest that any of my dealings with the day to day affairs of this Hub were stricktly technical; to be blunt, I did not act in any way nor did I address any shareholder concerns on behalf of the company - and I would like to emphasize this past sentence before I move into my case that this message is neither initiated nor endorsed by Patriot Scientific.

Now then, it's been brought to my attention as I am sure it has been brought to yours that the squabble on this forum has reached a melting point. This is not only a detriment to you as an investment community but to AGORACOM. Let us not forget that collective decision making always triumphs over individual or local knowledge - this has been and always will be a keynote point in AGORACOM in terms of building joint Investor Controlled Hubs. And I hope that at the end of this we can shake hands, agree that what has been said is behind us and move forward as a stronger and more unified group.

It's more that obvious that at any one point, financial markets are dominated by either fear or greed - both emotional truisms of the investment marketplace. However that's not why we are here. We are here to look at facts - empirical evidence, and provided the guidance through society's norms (six rules of use) and this community's norms (which we will set in stone in just a moment), each member is welcomed to provide a unique perspective to the group - at which point the group is invited to analyze that thought and add to it. So to be blunt, our site's main mandate ask that you put any personal inferences aside, and simply address cold hard facts with a set of your own.

For the greater part our system works just as well as any democracy; believe me I am well aware of our systems limitations, but that's not a solution we are here to discuss - we are here to come to a co-operative conclusion on what the best resulotion is for those who are participating within this society as well as those who are religiously following it.

It's all about the experience of seeing your adversary win and not necessarily getting everything you want.

Why is this important? Well in a healthy democracy the virtue of compromise always prevails - which is after all the foundation of the societal contract of change through a broad spectrum of perspectives that may or in seldom cases may not cast a shade of grey on your own will. At the end of the day I assume that the 98th percintile of those within this Hub seek improvement on their fortunes and not demise.

With all the above said, I would like to ask you a simple question - what do you want? Believe me I know that's both a loaded and open ended subject; it could range from fancy cars to mansions, or bluntly put world peace and fruition.

To narrow the viewpoint, I kindly ask everyone to find one fact - be it a 10q, a recent press release or recent positions on the open market for example, which you personally perceive as the most pressing challenge you are facing as an investor of this company. When those who wish to participate provide a response, I will group the results together in their relevance and present them back to you in a vote - the popular topics will be those you as a whole have decided to be acceptable. The rest, though duelly respected, will be proportinally weighted.

Cognition thoughts are easy to determine; after all these are the ones which require the most thought to articulate - but I feel we are facing a serious coordination, or more simply put co-operation problem. In an effort to set things on track, I am willing to go the extra mile and undertake the labors to make this a reality.

Once you decide as a community what is important to you as an investor, we will be realigning your rules to meet your own demands.

I trust this will benefit everyone moving forward.

Before I conclude, I would like to thank all those who contacted us privately addressing your thoughts on what has transpired here lately - as a content provider we are dedicated to providing you with both a unique and transparent (to the greatest extent possible) level of service that is second to none. I assume you are all familiar with a plethora of competing options, but I challenge any single body to bring me an example of AGORACOM's level of support to the table. We feel we triumph in this environment and are proud to build on this achievement in the future.

Thank you all again for your attention and your prospective cooperation.

Kind and Sincere Regards,

Andreas Marouchos
