I believe what Fut is saying is that Sweeney is to blame. Yes the BoD approved the dividends, but they have nothing to do with how they are handled from an accounting perspective. That would be like blaming the BoD for an incorrect GL entry or miscalculated withholdings from an employees paycheck. LOL As much as I dislike some of the BoD members, this unfortunately is not their fault. Blame the BoD for things they are responsible for, i.e. approving the dividends in the first place, not for screwing up our 1099's. Is everyone here getting petty today or what? Today this board was a joke!
