lambertslunatics, Here is what I think may be a possibility. T3 wants to own the patents now that the 336 has been recerified. IMHO, it would be better for them to try to buy them vs. paying a huge settlement fee. If this is true, they have approached both TPL and PTSC with an offer. PTSC's worry would then be "what to do with the subs"--answer "have them evaluated and sell them seperately". Things that point to =TPL looks to be closing shop--Moore posting his public ownership interest in the patents--our recent CEO and officers leaving (these are the ones that came aboard to get the CDX rolling). There have been many things recently that have led me to to think this MAY be what is going on. Also, it looked like shares were being accumulated (slowly, so as not to arouse suspicion) for the last several months. RG put his house on the mkt. 5 mos ago--the negotiations probably started before that time. Hoping for a couple of dollars if any of this is true. GL, ads
