Yes it has, and for those that cannot see the writing on the wall, the waiting on the results from the current litigation continues. But, unfortunately, if history serves as any indication, they will not be enlightened with any monetary details. So the preponderance for an escalation in cost vs action will continue until a winner is decided. Somehow, someway a market rate will have to be determined, and when the dam finally breaks it should be massive.

Is there a talented CEO in waiting, waiting for developments to occur? Someone with talent could certainly make this company grow since it may well be a cash cow. Perhaps everything is on hold for develpoments? Hopefully our time has come. Somebody please turn on the lights!
