I don't believe Patriot ever stated the Baroni report would be made public. The interesting thing about that, or the problem with it, is the subsequent statement describing an expectaction of a "favorable independent technical assessment" of the CDX platform. If they had no intentions on releasing the report, I see no reason to even comment regarding a favorable evaluation. The information is almost irrelevant for shareholders as we have no means to quantify that statement outside of increasing PDSG revenues. Much of what Patriot said in that PR was simply meant to soothe investor anxiety, IMO.
