As i said before we were waiting to here which way the judge would rule on the Pacer info pulled and suggested to be used against us pertaining to the More case vs. PTSC found on the California courts.

It was right around the time we were supposed to hear from the Judge when the J3 went and asked for the final stay without us. A week later after apparently going through possible damage control scenarios we joined the J3 and out game the settlements / MOU's.

I don't know if the judges ruling on the above had anything to do with the outcome / settlements / MOU, but I do know what was cooking in the pot at the time it all came down.
