While the license fees paid were disappointing, one thing that we sometimes overlook, that you point out here that is a result of TPL's strategy is that we have an established and pretty strong Markman ruling AND now two recertified patents out of the three major ones, AND NO COURT DEFEATS. From that perspective, PTSC/TPL is still has a perfect batting percentage when it comes to the MMP.
