Richter page 127. Single chip equals same construction, and patent holder allegedly said so.

I think we already know the what the patent holder said outside of court is going to be rejected. How many here think a sigle chip equates to cpu and clock constructed of the same process technology? How many patents would not work if that was the meaning of a single chip? IMHO, the statement is laughable.
