The 336 patent is unique due to the fact it has STRUCTURE. Structure in patent terms is the combination of the ring ocillator and a variable clocking chip in a single patent, [the 336 patent] This combination overides prior art.

Thats what I expreienced in obtaining my patent, structure was the key.
