I keep trying to get my head around this statement that continues to be played in various PR's

PDSG has been working with some of the nation's earliest and most innovative data exchange projects including one of the most advanced statewide data-sharing initiatives to be deployed in the United States

Does anyone have a "State" in mind ?--------------Illinois ???

I know nothing---just simple speculation......
