I hate to think we're going to have to wait 6, 12, or 24 months again. I'm sure we'll get '336 certified but we all are soooo tired of the bloomin' waiting.

I know speculating what will happen until IFW is out, is just that speculation, but I wonder if USPTO only does review against patents in Gazette meaning this examiner came to the same general conclusion as the first against the origial '336 patent.

I remember some discussion about this a month ago but don't recall an answer but would appreciate feedback if there was. What I'd like to think is this was procedural and will be booted once re-certified '336 is put in Gazaette. Talk about wishful thinking!
