That's the way I read it also fwiw... While the initial Fish/Rich reex request was filed prior to many of the amendments to the '336 claims, the corrected request was filed after the amendments & arguments to the claims of the 'recerted' '336.. looks like they specifically waited to assess all the amended claims before refiling their corrected request..
