What Patriot must do is show that Moore sold all his rights to ownership along with Russel Fish to Helmut Falk or prove that patent 336 is a separate patent issue from the ShBoom processor patent and that Moore has no ownership rights... or they must prove that Russel Fish was the sole inventor and that Moore`s name should not be on the patent (is it? I can`t remember). Russel Fish is still alive I believe, so this could get interesting. Why in heck would Patriot buy the patent from Nanotronics/Falk yet keep Moore as a co-owner????
