Some news on the 148

There is a Nov 23rd acknowledgement of receipt of response to office actions on both 90/008227 and 90/010562.

I just assumed that the examiner would have waited until after he had all responses before he merged, so the news surprises me. But I guess the merge timing makes no difference, either in general or at least in this case.

Looking forward to reading the response(s) on IFW soon.
