Your assumptions make sense (to me, in my acknowledged ignorance). Does this mean that an NIRC on the '148 may be as imminent as I recently thought?

Aren't we awaiting an IFW on a Non-Final on the '148? That IFW will hopefully be revealing as to what you suggest. Shouldn't it be up today? Tomorrow?
