No clue. But, at a minimum, I'm sure it would influence the present examiner to more readily accept our arguments to his office action. Since it's already in the works, I think it follows through to response on our part then on his. But I don't think the examiner is going to beat the bushes trying to find the proverbial needle in the haystack that will magically undo the 336 patent which multiple reexams have already failed to do.

So, IMHO, we go through the motions at PTO, but this cert is probably helpful in court re stays.
