I resubmitted these questions to PTSC.......

1) As a shareholder of PTSC, I find the company I have an investment in has taken a major change of direction. I respectfully request a copy of the Baroni report so I may assess my investment.

2) Why was it necessary to test the CDX platform, when it appeared back in August, the product was completed, up and running, and projected revenues were retracted due to project timing and delays?

3) Also, why is a market validation study necessary? I thought we already knew who our target audience was and our products and services were already defined.

The Company has provided information regarding the activities of the Eclat consulting team which have included the incorporation of their recommendation for recent management changes and the restructuring of the PDSG entity. The specific reporting and communications to our Board from Eclat will not be made public. The Company’s most recent press release disclosed the implementation of measures to reduce costs, but not to change direction. The Company’s Board has, and will continue to monitor and assess important matters necessary for our success, including product viability and market strategy. As further developments associated with Eclat’s recommendation occur we will make this information public.

Reading the tea leaves says the Baroni report was unrelated with the personel restructuring but I have a follow up question pending........
