Based on this response, what you are saying is the Baroni report, directly or indirectly had nothing to do with the personnel changes in October? The Baroni report had to have been completed based on the wording in the restructuring PR, "The changes being made are intended to accelerate the transformation of the PDSG acquisition and enable a faster implementation of its strategic direction (while the merger misrepresentation was buried in the 10-Q)." Even the "Major Reorganization" headline of the PR basically says the company has taken a major change of direction, which my original inquiry (question #1 made back in October) was about. If replacing three key members of your business does not constitute a major change of direction, you've stumped me as to what does.
