I have had issues with that. With the HTML stuff is works better if you copy and paste into word then copy and paste to Agora messages. With adobe the USPTO documents pop-up in a mini-reader. You can download the document by checking the box then clicking download at the top of the page. I save docs on my hard drive then it can be opened by the full acrobat reader, select and copy. I was able to paste the selected text as a picture to Agora but not any more. I think with the professional version of Acrobat you can select as text and not as a photo
