After reading over many def's of what a CPU is and what synchronous and asynhronous is . Am I right or wrong in thinking that all our patents or really about asynchronous systems. Yeah the industry is using our patents but not to the degree that i thought they were. Do our patents really cover both. I know TPL made that word change to asynchronous after PTO had it down as synchronous. THEIR IS A VERY BIG DIFFERENCE.

How come ARM hasn't been listed as proir art. they use the most asynchronous cpu's.
