I'm all for being proactive, but hold on a second..... Don't ya think TPL is witty enough to figure this stuff out? Wouldn't it be more appropriate to let them do their job? Isn't it reasonable to expect they've already coordinated with the examiner on this very (set of) issue?

After what we've all been through with TPL and PTSC isn't it reasonable to expect that we have doubts about TPL and PTSC's abilities to accomplish anything?
