Having said the above, I see nothing wrong with a "designated shareholder" or
two contacting the examiner on a VERY sproadic basis, and obviously in a VERY
nice way, in order to inquire about the progress of the re-exam. I don't think
we would be able to place any real reliance on any time frame that might be
stated, but I see no harm in letting the examiner know of the interest in the
shareholder community, and the concern over the repetitive re-exams ---
again, the key here is "VERY sporadic" and "VERY nicely". One or two people
calling is one thing --- five or ten getting on the bandwagon to purportedly
"help out" is quite another.
