Perhaps, but I don't think awarding a contract to Cognizant, where we are paying them for services, warrants them the privilege of seating a representative of their's on our board.
My point was that we were not paying those companies in which we had invested for any services, merely sat a Patriot representative on their board to provide a watchful eye on our investment. Conversely, I view it as questionable favoritism if Dharmesh Mistry is on our board and we award a contract to the very company he is currently working for, especially when Dharmesh Mistry is compensated for his BoD position by Patriot (us)! It all could work out to be on the up-n-up, but it looks like favoritism, among other things.
