While I could site a thousand examples to the contrary, here's an example of a stellar company with board fees that are much more appropriate. It's on page 13 and I'm referring specifically to fees paid in cash. You will have to go a long ways to prove to me that the board of a company that produces negative earnings is equally weighted to a company that posted over $12 billion in revenue.
