Lantiq

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in these GTCs, the parties agree that Lantiq shall not be liable and shall have no obligation under this Section VII with respect to any Claim that is related to or based on the Moore Microprocessor Patent Portfolio as currently asserted by Technology Properties Limited Inc. (including without limitation the US Patent US 5,440,749 or European Patent EP 0 870 226 or any patents claiming priority of one of these patents).
