Fatwollit already mentioned the connection.
Lantiq (as Infineon WLC) and SensoNor were both part of Infineon. Despite Lantiq's recent spinoff, it's not surprising that both have the same language. They most certainly had the same legal counsel when the language was written.
On July 7, 2009, Infineon Technologies announced that it had agreed to sell its Wireline Communications Division (WLC) to the private equity investor Golden Gate Capital. The Division will become LANTIQ after the closing of the transaction this fall and will presenting its solutions in the Infineon booth (#245) at the Broadband World Forum (Paris, CNIT, September 7-9, 2009).
After having been part of Infineon Technologies since the summer of 2003, Sensonor is back as an independent company with Norwegian investors as from 1st of March 2009. The company makes a real difference in the industrial sensor community by focusing on products using MEMS technology, but for High Precision applications.
