Message: Re: given the takeover offer currently outstanding

Thank you, Milestone, for responding to THAT part of this never-ending moronic debate.

Now, for the other part: The statement by Agora that many, it seems, leap to the opportunity to take completely out of the OBVIOUS context, twist and turn it, and DEMAND an explanation. I suppose that when the Agora folks either stop laughing at you or shaking their heads in disgust, they may even take a stab at it.

Read the friggin' message.

What's it about?

Posts about Moore, his blog, and his conflict with TPL. Right?

And how such posts have nothing to do with PTSC. Right?

No doubt, in one of those posts (now removed), something was quoted by Moore about his having a standing/new/possible (whatever) offer from TPL for his interests in the MMP (I seem to recall reading that in his blog long ago). This would be a take over/buy out offer, right? And Moore has not (yet) agreed. Right? So that leaves the issue outstanding. Right?

Read the above again. Read the Agora message again.

Agora says the posts are not part of the "PTSC Discussion". But some have the amazing ability to conclude that the take over has something DIRECTLY to do with PTSC. Show me (if possible) where Moore EVER addresses a take over of PTSC or PTSC's interest in the MMP in his blog or anywhere. Per my recollection, it NEVER happened. So what else do you folks have to hang your hat on about a take over of PTSC or its interest in the MMP? Maybe the offer that TPL made to PTSC several years ago, before we joined forces, where TPL offered PTSC $7.5M PLUS 50% of the proceeds/royalties from the MMP (the offer which, IMO, PTSC should have taken - since we essentially ended up in the same situation less the $7.5M)? The offer we KNOW PTSC turned down (so I guess it wouldn't be "outstanding"/hanging, would it?).

I'm convinced that the "take over" that is "outstanding" in the possible take over of Moore's interest in the MMP/TPL that may be the result of a settlement of the Moore - TPL dispute. Why else which such a thing fall out of Moore's blog? Moore's blog is all about Moore and his dissatisfaction with TPL/Leckrone. He very rarely even mentions PTSC, and never, to my recollection, in the context of TPL buying out PTSC's interest. But somehow PTSC gets dragged in by people here. Amazing.

BTW, I'm of the strong opinion that what happens in the Moore/TPL has very little to do with PTSC. It's not our fight. IMO, the ONLY impact of the dispute is that is a possible distraction for TPL hampering their efforts to secure further licenses for the MMP. An impact on their time and attention. Maybe. Otherwise, even if TPL "takes over", buys out or whatever, Moore's interest in the MMP/TPL, PTSC's circumstance does not change. Everything stays exactly the same for PTSC. PTSC will continue to hold a 50% interest in the MMP. Why do we care if Moore holds 15% and TPL 35%? Or if TPL owns 50%? What changes? Nothing.

And, another BTW, if I recall correctly, Ronran shares my opinion (and posted his first). Something he and I agree on. And something that nearly EVERYONE here agreed on at the time (again, if I recall correctly, and I think I do).

So debate away. Confuse things as much as possible. Scare the heck out of potential investors that may visit over the next week or so. Scare existing shareholders you've deceived into thinking that PTSC's interest in the MMP is vulnerable. Then bitch about the PPS.

Now let's see how much of the above can be taken out of context, twisted every which way, to where the discussion becomes Iameter's take over of PTSC. And then demand an explanation for such statements by Agora.

Have a nice weekend.

SGE
