To continue this friendly debate....it's a boring, rainy Saturday morning and I frankly welcome this distraction from other personal concerns.

IMO, everyone has probably already concluded that Lecky is greedy and conniving. Short of cash - that would be Moore. Moore is no longer part of the picture from PTSC's perspective. He hasn't been engaged in the defense of the MMP for over two years. He is now irrelevant to the discussion of PTSC IMO. And regarding Lecky, bottom line, there is no fog - his motivations are crystal clear. Really, what else do you need to know?

The only thing of interest here pertinent to PTSC, that I acknowledged last night (the err of my argument as addressed by Ron in a post I made), is the very remote (IMO) possibility of something going haywire with the Master Agreement in the Moore/TPL dispute resolution. That, IMO, is purely a wait and see situation - though I'd like to hear more from Ron/others re: how the Master Agreement was handled.

Anybody have a copy handy? I used to have it, but that was two computers ago!
