Does anyone else see the significance of using Mr. Henneman as the patent attorney for the VSN portfolio? Think about it.

Mr. Moore could have used any attorney he wanted. Tpl could have used any attorney they wanted. Why do they use the same attorney who could possibly, because of his involvment with the MMP portfolio, be seen as a possible legal problem? I am not sure of the answers myself, but it does seem to be a way to keep the, although uncomfortable, alliance together.

Also, PTSC does not really have any highly technical staff on board did they see this coming? Lets remember Larry, Moe, and Curly are running the show.
