I would give you five thumbs up if I could. I agree it's time that TPL take one of these corporations all the way to make an example of them and get some of the fence sitters moving. As you say the clock is ticking. I hope this is the plan in California. TPL needs to be tough, on the offensive and not settle unless its for big bucks. The 336 was reviewed by the USPTO and recertified. Looks like most of the latest prior art has already been looked at. Its Time!
