The ARS arbitration will take place and I think we should see a settlement in the millions. The court stay ends almost in conjunction with expected PTO action and maybe we get a clearer if not clear picture of the direction of both. Finally, Iknow it is speculated by most here that TPL is operating under financial difficulty and thus may be giving away the licenses signed in the quarter to be reported this month. Perhaps, this is not the case and agreements to be inked in November and December were not inked, so that they might be applied to a new tax year if it happens to be their corporate year end. More signings and even a moderate increase in quarterly earnings for Patriot and the month could be the best in quite some time. good luck
