At some point the courts may recognize that this is an industry wide problem with infringement and have to act accordingly. Once the threats of injunctions are used and willful infringement (triple damages) is established I think we will see much more activity. But we have to follow through and get to that point.

Wouldn't it be special if somehow the J's settlement included that they admitted to infringement of all those family of chips with a low cash settlement and after a successful reeam process by us.

Could we then use that infringement for future cases involving those chips with other companies?

This involves major infringement and it will be interesting how the courts handle all of this.
