At one time I believed that the MOU would be tied to some future event, and I would still like to, but I decided that I would have to take the company at their word when they stated in Jan. '07 that there would be no more money forthcoming from the J settlement. I still don't understand the " all parties are happy" statement and just about everything about that settlement. Perhaps after the reexams are final there will be a "Business Resolution" that may involve more money in the future, none from the past....who knows.
