Heres one I havn't seen posted yet. Perhaps the MOU contains verbage that TPL/PTSC will pay back some or all of the license money if the patents are found invalid during the USPTO re-examination process.

We always assume that things are favored to our side. But even though it appeared that we had the upper hand with the J's they came out way ahead of Fujitsu who settled early. Remember how we believed a settlement with the remaining J's was going to be for $50,000,000 plus. That's the difference between dreaming and reality.
