I'm not saying it is what is happening or is even in the works... but when you post that it is not even possible because Full ownership of the MMP would revert to TPL/Moore per the MA thus preventing it... I'm gonna call you on it because IMO that is not what the MA states and is misleading to investors reading this forum.

If you can point out to me the section in the MA that states this possibility can't happen, I'll be more than happy to apologize.. because I'll then be able to sleep better at nite...
