Please explain how PTSC audits the bills that Alliacense presents to PDS and that PDS' management committee approves? Please be detailed in your explanation so that it is clear that you understand, and so that others can understand how PTSC can ascetain that if Alliancense charges PDS $75,000 for securing the TPV Tech license, that it is a 100% legitimate bill completely attributable to the MMP License.
