Yep, poor job by BOD, but looking at those numbers, we are still in the running for a great story down the road. Maybe they are stumbling over themselves trying to get their hands around this. Not the smartest or best negotiators but if they are mostly honest maybe they can still bring home the bacon. I would like them to admit they have not done a good job and reduce their pay accordingly, until which time they have earned it. Or give themselves shares of stock as pay instead of cash. Motivational.
