If a BOD cannot find a suitable CEO, they are failing at one of their primary duties.

PTSC doesn't need a top-flight CEO. They need an executive who will merely do no harm. By this I mean someone who will just "mind the shop" and carry out the required duties like signing 10Qs. Someone who will be a steward while TPL/Alliacense hopefully do their job. Generally these types are easy find, provided you are really looking for the right candidate and not intending to stick in a diversionary puppet or crony CEO.

Also, isn't there an "Off Topic Forum" for discussing things like who deleted what?
